Tassels are the plastic or wood pieces on the end of the pull cord which function to weigh down the cord, something to grab, and to add a decorative accent to the blind or shade. Condensers are the junction that attach the smaller lift cords to a thicker pull cord. It can also function as a stopping point adjustment along the strings and cords.
